Business Strategy
Our objective is to achieve a position as the leading worldwide developer and supplier of biopower products for the distributed generation power market. Key elements of our strategy include the following:
· Exploit advantage of modularity, standardization and volume
· Develop products for high volume distributed generation combined heat and power market applications
· Provide biopower system products that are competitive on life-cycle cost basis with conventional distributed generation systems
· Manufacture in US + key countries off-shore
· Establish strategic alliances.
· Pursue a niche marketing strategy, focusing on the customers and end users that we know better than anyone else.
Product Mix
CPC's strength lies in small modular biopower systems, but we are unique in our ability to incorporate other renewable energy technology options such as PV, wind, and hybrids of all of these technologies. Systems can be sized in power blocks typically less than 200 kW peak to best match the electrical service and financial needs of the application.
